Sean Rose

Sean joined Anglia Freight in 2008 and is responsible for vehicle allocation, resource planning and ensuring the smooth collection and movement of freight for customers both locally and nationwide.

Starting his career as a warehouse operative, Sean has worked his way through the business, progressing to Supervisor, Warehouse Manager and now Operations Manager. His journey reflects a deep understanding of the operation from the ground up.

Sean thrives in high-pressure environments, with a calm, clear-thinking approach that enables him to respond quickly to challenges and keep operations running smoothly — even when the unexpected happens. He takes the most satisfaction from bringing everything together during the busiest periods and delivering for customers when it matters most.

Outside of work, Sean enjoys spending time with his wife and family, as well as keeping fit at the gym — where he’s known for lifting some seriously impressive weights.
