Gina Helm

Gina joined Anglia Freight in June 2013 and plays a central role in the day-to-day running of the business, overseeing all on-site operational teams. Her roles have included Customer Services, Planning, Yard operations (day and night), Sales and Business Support, and the management of Anglia Freight’s partner networks.

With a strong focus on people, Gina is passionate about creating a positive and supportive working environment where individuals and teams can thrive. Her strengths lie in staff development, engagement and performance, and in fostering effective collaboration across all areas of the business.

She particularly enjoys resolving complex queries and escalations, working closely with both customers and colleagues to achieve the best possible outcomes.

Outside of work, Gina values time with her family and enjoys bringing people together — whether that’s hosting celebrations, cooking for loved ones or organising events throughout the year.
