It is important to establish your paperwork requirements with your local Palletline Member Company at the commencement of your relationship with the System.
Areas for consideration that may vary from customer to customer include procedures such as individual invoices for individual consignments and production of proof of delivery with invoice.
Please make your requirements clear to your local Palletline Member Company prior to the start of trading. - What is the course of action if delivery requirements are not adhered to?
Palletline is a self-regulating system, with open discussion and evaluation of every service non-conformity. The reasons behind each and every service failure are researched and reported back accurately to our customers. However, as a guideline, a recent audit by one of our major customers indicated 99.7% compliance levels across the board and, in general, service failures are occasioned by events outside the control of the System. - Where are my pallets routed?
From your local Palletline Member Company's depot, via Palletline's main Birmingham Hub. There are also Regional Hub's in Preston, Lancashire and Greenford, Middlesex. - How should goods be presented for shipment?
Your goods should be securely stacked and shrinkwrapped and must be accompanied by accurate documentation.
