Customer Own Paperwork

If you send out your own customer paperwork with your freight, please ensure that a copy is attached to the pallet in an envelope or packelope. This is in addition to giving a copy of the paperwork to the collection driver.

Freight Labelling

Please ensure that your freight is labelled accurately and securely on two sides. Take advantage of our online job entry system which allows you to print customer delivery labels to affix to your freight.

Freight Security on Pallets

To ensure safe transit of your freight on its way to the delivery point, please ensure that the freight is stacked on a strong pallet. Goods must be shrink wrapped, including the top surface and adequately banded to the pallet to prevent movement during transit.

Palletcaps to Protect from Double Stacking

If you dispatch freight that is prone to damage if double stacked, please consider using palletcaps in addition to double stacking stickers. More information about palletcaps can be found at www.palletcap.com

Card Guarding Seed Pallets

If you dispatch bagged freight, stacked on pallets, please protect the goods by guarding 500mm up from the base of the pallet with card and the top of the pallet with a cardboard layercard and shrink wrap.
